Encourage Independence In a Group Home

Learn about how our Person Centered Care supports your family member with various living skills, increasing their socialization and independence.


Group Home

Each home can house up to four individuals. Staff is responsible for assisting each person with achieving their personally identified goals. We function as a family, focusing on meeting individualized interests and activities.

Alternative Family Living (AFL)

The AFL situation is much like living with a second family. The consumer would be an addition to an already established family unit, whereas Group Home living consist of up to four individuals receiving services, living in a family setting.

Community Navigation Service

Get connected within your community with the help of a community Navigator. If your loved one is a child, our Navigator can connect you to educational or counseling resources to help advocate and navigate your child through the school. We may be able to network you to other resources depending on what your community offers. Our Navigators also provide comprehensive resources to adults on topics, such as:

  • Advocacy
  • Support to Navigate the School System
  • How to Communicate & Use Your Voice
  • Finances
  • Self-Determination
  • Decision Making
  • Increasing Independence
  • Connecting With Your Community
