About Us
Compassionate Care of North Carolina, LLC (CC of NC) provides community services under Medicaid's North Carolina Innovations Waiver. We service individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our agency began in 2011 when our founder decided to take
her passion for this population and apply her years of education and experience to a leading agency of her own. This move provided her the opportunity to guide the services in a way that is most conducive for the person receiving services as well as their family. In fact, during the hiring process, one of her deciding factors is based on the question, "Would l feel comfortable with this person providing services to my loved one?"
As a person-focused agency, we make sure that the services you receive are customized. Our staff have well over 150 years of experience collectively. Not only do we focus on experience, we strive to ensure that our staff have the passion and drive to make a difference in every
person that we serve. The combination of experience and passion is what we consider to be a formula for success; not only for the agency, but more importantly, the people we serve.
